Next day despatch on all orders placed before 2pm
All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched to you on the next working day. On Standard delivery terms 2-5 working days should be allowed for delivery of your order. Smaller packages will be delivered by courier normally on a next day service. Larger items will be delivered on a pallet, we may contact you prior to your delivery to arrange the delivery and to confirm your area can accommodate a large delivery vehicle. Orders taken after 2pm on Friday will be despatched the following working day which in most cases is a Monday.
After your order has been despatched it will take an estimated 2-5 days to arrive to you. All packages that are delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. Goods can not be handed over without a valid signature. Larger orders that have to be distributed on a pallet will require the customer or a representative of the customer to be at the delivery address given by the customer.
The delivery driver on the day may not be insured to enter your property with the goods however he will remove your goods from the vehicle and place it as close to the front door or an external storage place as possible. We advise the customer checks each product is present and in good condition before signing the delivery ticket provided by the driver. When signing the delivery ticket the customer is accepting the goods have arrived in good condition and the correct amount of goods purchased have arrived. In the event of a third party signing the delivery ticket on behalf of the customer please acknowledge that any damage or shortage that is not reported and still signed for shall be the full responsibility of the customer and no action will be taken. If any product packaging is damaged on delivery inspection, or the delivery driver refuses to wait while the goods are being inspected please do refuse the delivery. If Delivery is refused please contact Boilers Bathrooms Heating Supplies to confirm it immediately.
Please note the delivery date and time of arrival is strictly estimated and we advice our customers not too book plumbers or tradesman based on this information. We work hard to ensure you receive your delivery on time however sometimes this is out of our control based on the courier service we use. Please ensure that the correct amount of goods ordered are present and is free of defects and damage before organising installation.
If there is a problem with your order and you wish to return your goods to us, you will need to complete a returns request form. A returns request form will be sent to the customer by email upon request, All forms are to be completed with the correct information required and a clear description of the fault must be given in order for a collection of goods purchased to be authorised. The form should be signed, printed and dated before returning the from to BBH Supplies.
All goods that are being returned must be packaged sufficiently to prevent unnecessary damage occurring. All unwanted goods must be retuned in first class condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cartridge costs will also apply as BBH Supplies will not be liable to cover costs of retuned goods. Please ensure that this section of the returns form is completed as acceptance to this charge.
Any goods returned that are not a product produced by the manufacturer purchased from BBH Supplies, will incur the cost of collection and also if required back, the returning carriage charge.
Please be aware BBH Supplies will not be liable for any shipping costs regarding goods that are being returned from the customer back to BBH Supplies.
Warranties and defected products
All warranties and defected products must be returned to us in order for us to replace the goods. Proof of purchase and a delivery reference number will also be required in order for a warranty to be processed and replacement goods can be sent.
